Internships

The TEAM works frequently with college students and recent grads for internships in our Brooklyn office.

Interns will work alongside company and staff members on production management, marketing and outreach, touring, video and press archiving, fundraising, and grants/donor management. We place a high priority on giving interns ownership of projects and tangible experience in the day to day administration of a small ensemble company. We cannot guarantee that the artistic schedule of the company will coincide with internship schedules. Whenever possible, interns will also support rehearsals and artistic development, as well as TEAM-led devising workshops.
Producing

Production interns will work alongside the Producing Director and Touring Producer on touring and company management, new project development, communications and outreach, video and press archiving, and all aspects of the TEAM’s current production portfolio.

Development and Grantwriting

Development interns will work with the Producing Director and Fundraising Committee to plan and execute fundraising campaigns and events, prepare and submit funding applications, and maintain donor and funder records.

A minimum commitment of 8 hours/week in the administrative office is required for all intern positions. The TEAM’s office hours are 10am-6pm Monday-Friday.
