Jill Frutkin
Co-Founder/Performer
Jill Frutkin is a speed reading lefty with a poetic case of synesthesia. She lives on writing and performing words, creative collaborations, and trying to understand how diverse minds work.
Jill is a founding member of the TEAM, and created and performed roles in A Thousand Natural Shocks, Particularly in the Heartland, Architecting, and was a collaborator on Mission Drift. Recently, she’s been recording audiobooks, appeared in the indie feature Feast Of The Epiphany, and performed in the premiere of Tectonic Theater Project’s Uncommon Sense. She’s working on a solo show (directed by Jess Almasy) about American education, currently titled An Exit Ticket.
Jill was a NYC Teaching Fellow, and earned her Masters of Science in Teaching at Pace University. She’s a certified special education teacher with a focus on elementary autism. Jill received her BFA from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. She loves her TEAM family.
