Co-led by TEAM artist Libby King and Obie Award-winning playwright Sarah Gancher, participants will engage in collective writing, solo & group creation, and more. Artists of all experiences are welcome—join us for both days, or either!

Learn how to translate your vision into a budget in this workshop led by the TEAM’s Obie & CIPA Award-winning Producing Director Emma Orme.
In this 3-hour session, we’ll demystify the budgeting process, starting with the big picture—how you translate your values and artistic goals into predicted expenses—and moving into the nitty gritty—how you deal with a damn spreadsheet. You’ll leave with a budget template and set of best practices to guide you through your own producing process.
At the end, there will be lightning round Q&A on all things producing—from grant-writing to fiscal sponsorship to festival touring.
We are thrilled to announce our first ever young Theatre Makers Camp for students ages 9-14. From August 31-September 4, campers will work with create an original piece of theatre from scratch.
Led by award-winning TEAM performer Libby King and writer-deviser Hannah Kallenbach, campers will learn the same creative tools that professional theatremakers use. Your child will build their skills as a writer, performer, storyteller AND collaborator, working together with an ensemble of brand new friends.
The TEAM’s Theatre Makers Camp is offered sliding scale—with all costs lower than the average hourly for childcare. Sign your child for this one-of-a-kind experience in the week before NYC Public Schools start!
